  3. Increase potassium and decrease sodium 

  4. Reduce excess stress: Finding ways to reduce your own stress is important for your health and your blood pressure.

  5. Quit smoking

  • black bean (Castanospermum australe)

  • cat’s claw (Uncaria rhynchophylla)
