  2. Lemon balm: Lemon balm is said to soothe symptoms of stress, reduce anxiety as well as boosting your mood.   3. Peppermint: Peppermint oil has been shown to relieve digestive symptons such as bloating, indgiestion and heart burn. It also has been shown to help with menstrual cramps, diarrhea and nausea 

  4. Ginger: Ginger has a long tradition of being very effective in alleviating discomfort and pain in the stomach. It's regarded as an excellent carminative, a substance that promotes the elimination of excessive gas from the digestive system, and soothes the intestinal tract. Colic and dyspepsia respond particularly well to ginger.

  5. Lemongrass: Lemongrass contains substances that are thought to relieve pain and swelling, reduce fever, improve levels of sugar and cholesterol in the blood, stimulate the uterus and menstrual flow, and have antioxidant properties.
